Web-Content and Images Submitted for Print

  1. Content displayed at www.idomagnets.com or www.idosavethedatemagnets.com is owned and copyright protected by I Do! Industries. The I Do! Magnets logo and all magnets layout designs on this website are owned and copyright protected by our licensor manufacturing partner. Reproduction is strictly prohibited.
  2. We do not print copyright protected images. We will assume that the customer submitting image(s) for a Save the Date Magnet owns the image(s) or has been authorized by the legal owner to use the copyright protected image(s), graphics, etc. The customer will be liable for any damages that may ensue due to the illegal use of copyright protected images.
  3. Customers that submit images agree that we have rights to use, reproduce or publish the submitted image.

Product & Order Information

  1. We have a color-chart indicator to choose from. We do not match specific colors. All of our sample kits have a color-chart included. If you would like to see a printed version; you can request a FREE color chart be mailed to you.
  2. Because monitor settings can vary we can’t guarantee the design colors will look exactly the same as they do on your personal computer. We strongly encourage you to order/request a sample of the design/template you would like to order BEFORE submitting your order for printing.
  3. You need to place an order BEFORE we will create a proof for you. After you have received the proof, if you want to cancel, you may do so as long as you have not approved the design for print.
  4. We reserves the right to make changes to font, size, etc. to ensure that the text submitted for an announcement will fit properly into the selected template.
  5. It is the customers’ responsibility to review all orders BEFORE they are mailed out to guests. We will not compensate customers for postage or other costs incurred by mailing out save the date magnets that outline erroneous information.

Return policy / damage policy / refund policy

  1. No refunds, returns or reprints are done on personalized items. We will refund 100% of your purchase, if after you have received your proof, you want to cancel. You may cancel at any time so as long as you have not approved the design for print. Please be sure you have reviewed your design and all the information before you submit it for printing. It will immediately be sent to print. There are no refunds, returns or cancellations after this point.
  2. We reserve the right to investigate any claim that our staff is at fault for an error in printing (spelling, incorrect dates, etc). If the investigation reveals we have made an error, we will reprint and ship your order at no cost to you.
  3. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will investigate (with the shipper) and reprint your order at no cost to you. We may require the damaged products to be returned before a reprint is authorized.
  4. We will NOT re-print or refund orders that have been damaged due to:
    1. improper use of our products or
    2. modification of the product (adding tape, glue, re-sizing, etc)

Payment policy

  1. All orders are billed in full immediately after selecting your design/template. Proofs are not created without full payment being received first.
  2. You can pay by check, but you need to contact us about this option. You cannot checkout directly online. d
  3. You can pay over the phone. You will need to contact Customer Service to pay over the phone. Payment by check or phone could delay your order 3 to 7 days.

Shipping

  1. Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex. Shipment estimates are provided with product totals on the website. Shipping estimates are just that, estimates. Packages may arrive sooner or later than estimated. I Do! Industries will investigate lost packages BEFORE reprinting any order. Our investigation may take between 3 to 7 days. We will not reprint any order until our investigation is complete. We are not responsible for packages (orders) that are shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses. It is best to have your items shipped to an address where someone can personally collect your order. ANY package returned to I Do! Industries will be re-shipped at customer’s expense.
  2. A signature is not required for delivery but UPS may request one. It is best to have shipments sent to a location where a person is present.
  3. It is best to have shipments sent to a location where a person is present or to an area that is monitored. UPS does not hold packages after they have made 3 delivery attempts. You must make arrangements prior to the third delivery attempt to have it held or re-routed. UPS will immediately return packages, after the third attempt, to I Do! Magnets which can take 6 business days. You will then be responsible for all re-shipment fees.
  4. International orders will be shipped via UPS the US Postal Service, or FedEx. Delivery can take up to 3 weeks and rush delivery is not available. Shipping charges on this website do NOT include possible taxes or customs charges that may be added on to delivery. Additional duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. We ship your order immediately after production. We do not do Rush Orders. Starting from the date of proof approval, you should expect to receive your order within 10 days if you are in the U.S.A, excluding holidays. We do not guarantee delivery time.

International Shipping Rates

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us directly for an estimate on international shipping rates.

  • 100 magnets shipped to the following countries is $38.00: Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Scotland, Spain and Sweden.
  • 100 magnets shipped to the following countries is $50.00: Brazil, Chile, and South Africa.

To calculate international shipping rates for orders over 100 use the following formula:
200 magnets = 2 x price of shipping 100 magnets
300 magnets = 2.5 x price of shipping 100 magnets

Remember, our magnets include the magnet, magnet holder, envelope, decorative tissue and ribbon. All pieces are included in the shipping box.

International orders are shipped DHL Express. Buyer must pay all applicable customs charges. Rates subject to change without notice.

Our office is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 8pm. CST. We are closed on every holiday that the US Postal Service is closed. New Year’s Day – January 1, Good Friday – April 22, Memorial Day – May 30, Independence Day – July 4, Labor Day – September 5, Thanksgiving Day – November 24, Day After Thanksgiving – November 25, Christmas Eve – December 24 and December 23. Since we are closed on major holidays, orders may be delayed by 1-2 business days.
